Refund Policy

At Soul Barn Massage & Wellness, each appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

Massage services that have already been provided are non-refundable.

If an appointment has been prepaid, any refund or transfer will be subject to Soul Barn Massage & Wellness’s cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be charged the full appointment fee and are not eligible for a refund.

If Soul Barn Massage & Wellness needs to cancel an appointment that has already been paid for, the payment may be refunded or transferred to a future appointment.

Gift certificates and prepaid massage services are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
